• Uploaded content: Chart images you upload or capture via camera, and any data you enter into the trade journal.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as feature usage, upload counts (relevant to daily tier limits), and log data (IP address, browser type, device information).
• Cookies: We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process your subscription and manage billing through Whop
• Analyze uploaded chart images and generate AI-powered output
• Enforce tier-based usage limits (e.g., daily upload caps)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service, including Whop (payments), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Google (authentication), and any AI processing providers used to analyze chart images.
• Legal requirements, if required to comply with a subpoena, law, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SnapChartGPT, our users, or others.
• Business transfers, if SnapChartGPT is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and trade journal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting snapchartgptsupport@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
